When are items shipped?
Items are usually shipped out within 24 hours of a cleared payment and frequently on the same day. This assumes that a cleared payment is received by 3pm EST for a same day shipment. In the rare event that there is a delay in shipment, you will be contacted via e-mail with the delay reason and expected shipping date.

Priority mail (2-3 day transit time) is almost always used. In the cases of books, media mail may be used unless the shipment consists of multiple books that fill a priority mail box.

Funds will be returned the same way that they were give. Shipping fees are not refunded and are the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, all items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent or a refund will not be given. (i.e. new with tags items must be returned in new condition with their tags attached.) After the third day of a products arrival, returns are not accepted.
